A Boy's SmileUpon the dawn of this bright day, I saw a child going on his way. He had no shoes, not even some socks, yet he had a great smile and curly locks. His clothes were raggedy and torn apart, but he was walking proud and smart. There were smudges all over his body, but his eyes did not show a single folly. Skipping through the streets he went on his way, thanking God for this glorious day. His eyes were glowing and his stature was proud; not a person gave him word or sound.
